Oil and Gas Leads
Hi, everybody, my name is John Fischer. Welcome to accreditedinvestorleads.com. We are going to talk about oil and gas investor leads or oil and gas investor lead. What is an oil and gas investor lead? What’s oil and gas? Oil-and-gas is a drilling venture. Those guys are drilling wells, they’re putting together a partnership. Hopefully, they’re doing at least two or three wells at the same time. They have done the geology. They have done whatever they have to do. I actually used sell oil-and-gas back in the old days. It was thrilling when we got that first, you know, when they were finished, and we got the initial production, we loved it. It was exciting. It’s an exciting business, but you hit a lot of dry holes, but yet you also hit.
These ventures are based on an area that has oil. If you look around, you see all the oil wells, and they’re asking people to speculate in those particular types of deals. Now, the word ‘accredited’ is not mentioned here. Now, they have these participation deals where it’s, you know, $12,000 and you become a participant, and it’s not a private-placement but I caution you to make sure you ask for accredited if you’re doing a private placement because they have to be accredited, for the most part, unless you’re doing the 506…504, 505, 506 with the 35 exemption, and most people stopped doing that.

They’re $5 apiece, but for every thousand you spend, you get a hundred free. Twenty five hundred leads- 625, 625, 625; that’s 25 hundred dollars, and then you get 250 Big Dogs for free. That’s an extra 12 hundred and fifty dollars’ worth of leads free. Why? Because the Big Dogs is where the big money is. Not everyone can close a Big Dog, but the one or two guys you have that writes 80% of the business, those are the guys that you give the Big Dogs to. Don’t waste your time; don’t waste your money; do not give the Big Dogs to a B salesperson. He can’t handle them. These guys are sophisticated. They’re going to do their homework. You better be sharp if you want to close one of those Big Dogs.
