Hi, buddy. My name is John Fischer. Welcome to Accredited. Investment Leads.com real estate investor leads. We got a database that’s a huge financial platform, and these guys all attended a 42 minutes webinar on how to take advantage and profit from the real estate market.

I started off with this thing at 100,000 names. They all had emails, they all had IP addresses. They all have cell numbers. Unfortunately, through attrition and through the years, you know, these were opted from 2018.

Since since then, they’ve been hit for marijuana. They were hit for bitcoin. I even have in my testimonials a gentleman who sold oil and gas who raised half a million a month, one man operation, two girls making calls six months in a row.

So it’s really their biggest investment network. These guys are all investors. I think I’m bound to about 40,000 names and maybe 30,000 emails right now. Fifty cents a piece if you buy $10,000 to piece.

And I got to tell you, they’re the best leads we have. I just recently bought one list with maybe 3000 names. But it doesn’t matter because anyone that’s accredited is going to look at a good real estate deal.

He’s never been vetted. And that information, if you’re lucky, is 60% accurate. It doesn’t work, guys. So if you’re looking for real estate investors, we really call the verb vertical. We have the real deal, and the bottom line is no one else has them.
