Accredited Investor Leads
Hi, everybody. John Fischer. Welcome to accreditedinvestorleads.com. And we’re gonna talk about accredited investor list or lists.com. What is an accredited investor? Accredited investor makes 200,000 a year for the last two years, $300,000 combined, million net worth not including his home. They also have experience in managing his personal portfolio. Most of the time, they’re asked a question: Is 25 to $50,000 a comfortable entry level? And they say yes. That’ an easy question. That’s what we sell. They’re called PP Crèma. PP stands for private placement; crèma stands for the cream of the crop. And they have names like Nuke, Platinum; one’s a marijuana deal called Kush. I think the best one we have is the Lava. We have a new one called STP right now. We make up these names. And we don’t wanna let you know where the sources are.
But the good thing about these types a leads are that they have been put together from a broker dealer that has brokers looking to make 10% commission. They are killing themselves trying to find people that possibly will close at an oil-and-gas drilling venture. Majority of the people we buy all these from are doing oil-and-gas. We do get lucky once in a while with a real estate deal. We may get some different types of technology deals. But 90% of our stuff happens to come from the oil-and-gas business.
What is an accredited investor list?
So, an accredited investor, we know what that is. And an accredited investor list is a number of leads, or a list is 30, 40, 50 a thousand, 5000 names; that’s what a list is. A lead is a name, address and phone number. Leads is multiple. List is a number of those people. And we usually sell lists of accredited investors that have requested information about a specific investment, have been qualified, have been vetted to be accredited, 25 to $50,000 minimum, and have been mailed a private placement memorandum. That’s what you want, nothing else. And the price is right, believe me. If you surveyed these people, it’d be $50 a piece.
