So basically, let me just tell you that we’ve been in business for 32 years. We have an A plus rating. As far as compliance go, if you have a sand number, we’ll scrub your leads. If you don’t have a sand number, we’ll get you one.

You’ll pay for the $65 per area code. The first five are free. If you don’t want a sand number, you’ll sign our indemnification form, which pretty much states that you realize that it’s your responsibility and not my responsibility.

On the good news front, I’ve got 1.4 million litigators. These are like professionals. DNC litigators, troublemakers, jerks, strokers, the kind of people you don’t want to be talking to. And that’s a lot of names that I take off the list.

I also will not sell you. Pennsylvania, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Hawaii, Alabama, California. So these are states that I have chosen not to sell you because, in my opinion, they’re over regulated.

California wants me to put a portal up and allow people to come into my website and say, hey, I don’t want you selling my name, which I don’t have a problem with, but I do have a problem with what’s going to happen to you if.

You’re selling? I’m selling you the name. He’s on a do not call, and you don’t have a sand number. That could open up a can of worms. The other thing I could tell you, if you’re using the dollar program that changes the area code.

I’ve said this before, I’ll tell you again, not a very smart idea. That’s so 2020. I mean, I get those phone calls all the time. I’m in Bucker Raton, Florida. I’m getting them for belglade, which, you know, they sell sugarcane and think the income, household income, is like maybe $15,000 a year.

We do get client lists once in a while. They’re $5 apiece. If we do some bigger volume, of course we could, you know, negotiate. Depends how close I am to payroll, but I own my company, and I get to do whatever the hell I want to do.

So if I like you, you’re probably going to get a better price than if I don’t like you. Sorry, but it is what it is. Other than that, if you have any questions at all we deal with private placement memorandum recipients.

That’s what makes us different than anybody else. Although we own investorlead.com. Investorleads.com sells info USA, what we call model information. Those people never been vetted. Our people have been vetted.

Our broker dealers, the people that we buy the leads from have broker dealers call the people, they read them the definition of their credit, investor, and they mail them a private place of memorandum.

That’s something that investorleads.com does not do. They also to qualify them, hey, it’s $50 to $100,000, a comfortable entry level for a first time investment. The guy says yes. So a, they’re vetted, b, they’re qualified $50 to $100,000.

We’ve noticed lately that a lot of you guys are complaining about not being able to reach anyone. We have done extensive research into this ongoing issue, and have found out that Apple came up with a feature in the settings where the iPhone user can “Silence Phone calls from Unknown Numbers”. Which means if your number is not already stored in their phone the iPhone will automatically block the call. See below an excerpt from the Apple website:

Detect and block spam phone calls

You can use Silence Unknown Callers or a third-party app to block spam calls on your iPhone.

With iOS 13 and later, you can turn on Silence Unknown Callers to avoid getting calls from people you don’t know. This blocks phone numbers that you’ve never been in contact with and don’t have saved in your contacts list. If you’ve previously texted with someone using their phone number or if a person has shared their phone number with you in an email, a phone call from that number will go through.

To turn on Silence Unknown Callers, go to Settings > Phone, then scroll down, tap Silence Unknown Callers, and turn on the feature. Calls from unknown numbers are silenced and sent to your voicemail, and appear in your recent calls list.

Incoming calls will come through from people that are saved in your contacts list, recent calls list, and from Siri Suggestions to let you know who’s calling based on phone numbers included in your emails or text messages.

If an emergency call is placed, Silence Unknown Callers will be temporarily disabled for the next 24 hours to allow for your iPhone to be reached.

Before you turn on Silence Unknown Callers, make sure you have important contacts saved or you could miss a phone call that you don’t want to miss. The call will still go to voicemail and appear in your recent calls list, but you won’t get a notification while the call is ringing.

We have also learned that some numbers are coming through already marked as spam.

We had a client call Addy last week for an order and his number showed on her phone as “Spam Risk”.

The telephone provider are looking at how many calls you make and marking your number as spam.

80% of the population has an iPhone. Many users do not know this setting is active unless you go looking for it.

This is an on-going problem, and we are trying to provide you with all the information we are finding.

240,000,000 people on the DNC last time we checked – and now we estimate that at least 50% of the population is not letting your calls come through because of this new Apple feature and to add insult to injury Avast one of the biggest Anti-virus programs is now featuring a new product that will contact list brokers to remove their numbers from our database and not sell them to anyone. Thank God that’s a “paid” feature. We already eliminated CA leads as of June 15, 2020 – they required us to build a portal on our website to allow CA residents to Opt-Out of our database. With 240 Million people on the DNC. I saw the writing on the wall and decided to not open that can of worms. FYI – we do not sell leads in: CA, MT, ND, SD, HI, PA.

I wish I had better news for you. The writing is on the wall. As you know your job has become a lot tougher and so has ours. You don’t want to hear this but ultimately you’re going to have to buy more leads than usual.
